For the fifth consecutive year, the National Women's Institute (INMUJERES) awarded the Eli Lilly Mexico, certified that the company credited as the Gender Equity Model (MEG), for demonstrating their commitment to equal opportunities for women and men in their working environment.
To obtain this certificate, Eli Lilly has adhered to the parameters of MEG: 2003, a program that provides public and private agencies the necessary tools operations to incorporate a true gender perspective.
